Cancellation Policy
At Prodello Studios, we are dedicated to providing seamless, remote audio production services. Please review the following policy to ensure smooth scheduling and project execution. 1. Booking Process All bookings must be made through our online booking form at: https://www.prodellostudios.com/book-online When booking, please provide the following information: Chosen service: Mixing, Mastering, or Dolby Atmos (Spatial Audio) services Preferred date(s) and time(s) Any specific requirements or file formats needed 2. Booking Confirmation Your session is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Prodello Studios. No deposit is required for consultation bookings. For other session types, payment in full is required before the project begins. 3. Rescheduling and Cancellations a. Rescheduling Reschedule at least 48 hours in advance using the online booking form or by contacting us via email. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee. b. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session will receive a full refund of any payment made. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the payment. 4. Late Submissions Please submit required files and materials on time for remote sessions. Late submissions may result in delayed project delivery or rescheduling of the session. 5. Payments Payment in full is required before the project begins. Accepted payment methods: credit or debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Affirm, etc. 6. Professional Etiquette All communication should be conducted respectfully and professionally. Clients are responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of submitted materials. 7. Ownership and Deliverables Final deliverables will be provided after full payment is received. Prodello Studios reserves the right to showcase non-confidential project excerpts for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed. 8. Force Majeure Prodello Studios is not liable for cancellations or delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, internet outages, or other events beyond our control. 9.
