Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Requirements All consultations must be booked through the official Prodello Studios website. Only video call sessions are available. Video calls require at least 2 days’ advance booking for availability. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations Clients may reschedule sessions up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made between 48 to 24 hours before the session will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged 100% of the session price. No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded. 3. Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking. No refunds will be issued except in cases where the Consultant cancels the session. Clients may apply booking credits from rescheduled sessions if applicable. 4. Session Guidelines Clients must be prepared for the session with relevant materials or questions. Any delays on the Client’s side will not extend the consultation time. If technical issues arise on the Consultant’s end, the session will be rescheduled at no cost. 5. Code of Conduct Clients must maintain a professional and respectful tone during all sessions. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund. By booking a session, the Client agrees to abide by the terms of this Booking Policy.
